US domestic shipping
All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75, which will be automatically applied at checkout. Orders under $75 will have shipping costs calculated based on location and selected delivery method. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location, and we are not responsible for delays once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Returns
Returns & exchanges
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, beauty products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition with the box still sealed and tape intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used beauty products.
If your item meets these requirements, please contact us to begin the return process and receive further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method if approved.
We do offer exchanges for any products that arrive damaged or broken during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue and send a replacement.
