Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen, and schedules change - therefore, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Credit Cards will not be charged unless you cancel, no-show, or are more than 10 minutes late. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of service will be charged 50% of the service amount. If you no-show your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service. You will be given a 10 minute grace period and if you are any later there will be a $15 late fee.
